Greener & wider open spaces at Narra Park Residences

WHILE other developers seek to lessen open spaces in its residential developments, this company looks at things differently — by developing villages greener than what is mandated by the Davao law.

“Expansive greens, more trees and bigger open spaces, a distinct signature of Alsons Properties, will be enjoyed by the future homeowners of Narra Park Residences, Nurtura’s maiden project,” shared Rosvida Dominguez, EVP of Alsons Dev., during the launching of the company’s latest project recently.

One of Narra Park Residences’ most distinct features is its two 1.4-hectare parks. These green, open spaces highlight the beauty of nature and create a healthy environment for residents.

Geared towards the mid-cost market, Nurtura Land & Home’s maiden project, Narra Park Residences, will cater to the changing demands and aspirations of many. “We are looking forward to providing best class homes that are within reach of the modern Filipino family,” said Eric de la Costa, Vice President and General Manager of Alsons Development. The new development is a community inspired by modern Asian design and is outfitted with a first-class leisure and recreational facilities, including a pool and cabaña for social and community gatherings, and two large parks at Phase 1.

Complete street lighting, perimeter fence, and guard houses are also installed for the safety and security of the homeowners.

The construction for Phase 1 has already commenced and the expected completion date is in October 2018.

“Nurtura comes from the word ‘nurture’, meaning to care for, to encourage to grow, and this is how we do things in all our developments. If we believe in nurturing, we are able to achieve beauty, harmony and order. These are the qualities that you see in our projects,” said Tomas Alcantara, chairman of the Alcantara Group of Companies.

As to green living, the chairman said, “We are proud to say that Narra Park Residences is the first project for the mid-cost market in Davao City that have significantly green and open spaces for residents to enjoy. Phase 1 alone has two 1.4 hectare parks, a rarity in today’s real estate market.”

Narra Park Residences is located in Barangay Tigatto, Buhangin, Davao City. Guests can schedule a visit to the village’s model units.
